been created to empower the user(s) career mobility,
maximize
their performance in both career/personal planning
and validate their readiness to achieve their goals.
It is a combined performance management tool and career
management tool.
Human capital and potential can easily be identified
and invested within a corporate setting, used either
on an individual or team level.
The Career Tracking Tool™ can be used on an individual
basis for personal growth, or in the business environment
in strategic planning sessions and/or an effective
retention strategy. It can be synchronized together
with the GAT™ (Goal Alignment Tool) or in combination
with the Progress Tool™ for more actionable results.
